My Hard Drive Died!

Our in-depth process will examine your drive and will find the problem with your drive to recover your data.  In some cases it will require new parts and reassembly of your drive to acquire the data.

Steps to recovery:
    1: We charge an evaluation fee is just $50 payable by
        check, Visa or American Express.
    2: Ship your drive to us so we can begin your recovery.
    3: It will take 1 week for testing
        where we do six passes depending on the issue.
    4: We will tell you what we can recover and send you a list of
        possible files recoverable and the price for the recovery.
    5: Our average price for standard 400 gig and below IDE
        hard drive recoveries is $600.

Fill out the forms as completely as possible. The most important parts are the specific files that are the most important to recover, and the type of operating system: ie: Mac OS X, Windows XP, Linux, etc.
